Meet
The Team
Le refuge Chatopia is a registered charitable organization based in Montreal (Quebec, Canada).
Founded in 2005, the Chatopia team is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming purebred cats in need. Working together with other like-minded organizations (animal welfare agencies, shelters, animal controls, and vets), Chatopia strives to provide all the welfare needs of purebred cats.
Why purebred cats?
Because their special requirements are often not met or are difficult
to maintain in a shelter, home, or on the streets.
We do not ask an adoption fee that reflects the cost of the medical care,
only one that helps us cover some of the costs.
How it all began...
